SHIPPING & RETURNS

SUBMITTING ORDERS

All orders submitted before 3.30pm Monday to Thursday and 2.30pm on Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be dispatched the same day. However we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by our shipping partners, adverse weather conditions which may cause delivery disruptions.

To ensure your delivery is dispatched please submit all orders as early as possible.

DAMAGED GOODS

All orders to leave our premises in perfect condition but occasionally damage occurs in transit. If this happens please sign for the delivery as “damaged” and inform us in writing within 7 days of receipt of order. If a customer fails to inform us in writing any claim of damaged goods may be disputed.

YOU ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM IN ERROR

If you have ordered the wrong item in error, we will refund an amount to your card after deducting the initial carriage cost and a restocking charge of 20%. This will be credited to your card after we receive the item back to us in good resalable condition. You will be responsible for returning the item to us at your cost.

Please note the restocking fee covers additional charges incurred and administration costs to us.

IF WE SENT THE WRONG ITEM

Occasionally picking errors happen. If we have sent the wrong item,  please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent  and arrange the return of the incorrect delivery.
